Your wedding day is one of the most wonderful and stressful experiences of your life. You’re choosing to begin a new chapter with the person you love most, and celebrate that love with all of the important people in your life. The day should be all about bliss, bubbly, and your beloved. But so much goes into making it all happen.

First, there’s the planning. The venue, the caterers, the band, the flowers, the invitations, the rentals, the decor…depending on how far out you start planning, it can be a full-time job in and of itself. (But again, if you’re Monica Geller, you’re good to go.)

Second, once the planning is complete, there’s the whole making sure the plan happens thing. Keeping everyone on schedule, making sure the vendors know where to set up, seeing that the floral arrangements are correct, moving 200 guests to the ceremony, cocktail, and reception on time, dealing with unforeseen problems when they inevitably arise…Whoops, got a bit dizzy there.

Assistance with wording of all stationery
Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (1 hour on-site)
Distribute extremely detailed wedding day itinerary to wedding party, family, & attendants
Ensure final payments to vendors have been made
Collect wedding day items: marriage license, guest signing item, cake knife, cake topper, toasting flutes, party favors, candles, programs, escort cards, chargers, etc. prior to wedding//rehearsal
Manage the flow and timing of ceremony and reception until cake cutting
Act as liaison between wedding party, family members & vendors
Use of extensive bridal emergency kit - Will be ready and available to solve any unexpected situations// Emergencies
Distribution of bouquets and pin flowers on attendants and family members
Directing of photographer videographer, musicians, rentals, florist, etc. where to set up
Overseeing of ceremony setup to ensure all commitments are fulfilled
Distribution of final payments and gratuities as needed
Setup of all ceremony decor not handled by any specific vendor: Guest signing item, unity candles, programs, etc.
Direction of ushers for program distribution
Lining up wedding party for the ceremony
Giving marriage license to officiant
Ensuring wedding rings are present
Collection of all personal Wedding items and gifts

Staying in communication with banquet staff to ensure things are going smoothly

Wedding Coordination

For couples who already have all the plans laid out for their big day, The Serre Wedding Team is here to cross all the ‘t’s, dot the ‘i’s, and make sure every detail is executed as planned so that your day is everything you thought it’d — and more.

About 8 weeks before your wedding, our Team Coordinator will begin familiarizing herself with your wedding plans. You’ll meet with her once or twice to go over your itinerary and last-minute details. And on the Big Day, your Coordinator will be at the helm to carry out your plans, make sure everyone knows where to be and when, and discreetly handle any issues that may arise because NO ONE puts Baby in the corner.

DAY OF COORDINATION: $2500

Includes:

Coordinator on site for the rehearsal, and 10 hours on the day of the wedding to coordinate all the ceremony, reception, and everything in between. She’ll be your cat-herding problem-solving best friend

Initial consultation to discuss the vision, go over plans, and review vendors
Vendor confirmation, communication, and coordination
Month of walk-through
Wedding day timeline creation

Partial Planning Service

For couples who’ve started a plan, and need some help getting it over the finish line. (Creating a plan seems SUPER FUN at first, but can quickly become the most overwhelming thing you’ve ever done in your entire life.)

You’ll have a hands-on role in the planning and make key decisions along the way. Your Coordinator will be there guiding you and handling any of the ‘dirty work’ you’re not so keen on. We’ll make sure that all loose ends are tied up and logistics are handled with care to create a wedding day you’ll swoon over.

PARTIAL PLANNING: $3500

Includes:

Everything from Wedding Coordination
Wedding checklist development
Bi-monthly planning meetings
Vendor recommendation, communication, and procurement assistance (up to four vendors)

Full-Service Planning

For couples who want a completely tailored wedding planning experience.

With Full-Service planning, your Coordinator becomes your ride-or-die. Using your vision and dream for the day, your Coordinator will plan, style, and coordinate the entire event. The day will be exactly what you want, and you won’t ever have to lift a finger. (Well, you’ll have to lift one finger.)

We handle the procurement of vendors & execute your wedding vision. With monthly meetings & unlimited phone calls, we help you select all vendors, discuss & manage all aspects, and assist with styling the wedding of your dreams.
